Revel grew both flowers in their organic garden. They made a tincture with each and added them to a barrel-aged cider from Ida Red apples.
It smells like aged honey, lemon zest and orange creamsicles, garnished with chamomile blossoms. Those sweet notes are balanced by a delicate astringency, like a whisper of juniper, or orange pith.
