In the Japanese esthetics theory, the concept of yūgen expresses the mysterious beauty of the world around us that cannot be immediatly be perceived, but can be revealed by the subtle expression of art.
This years interpretation of elderflower is an unboiled wheat Table Beer, directly fermented on the wild elderflowers. It turns out that nature and luck had placed blooming spruce tips right next to those elders, making it a sign difficult to ignore.
Some of those spruce tips were therefore infused in a small portion of barrel-aged grisette, which was later blended with the elderflower raw ale. The result is a dry, delicate beer, wonderfully floral, that will be perfect for an early apéritif or a picnic in the grass! Ver menos
