St-Gédéon. La camerise (Lonicera caerulea) est un fruit importé dAsie qui pousse à merveille au Québec. Sa culture est de plus en plus appréciée de nos cultivateurs de petits fruits au Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.
Nous ajoutons 200L de jus de camerise à 1000L de bière blonde brassée avec de lorge québécois pour créer une bière dune teinte dun grenat profond. Ensuite, nous effectuons un léger houblonnage à froid pour diminuer larrière-goût terreux de la camerise. Plus tard, nous ajoutons du basilic frais pour venir complexifier le tout darômes végétaux charnus.
