Golden orange hue with a very fine white head produced by lots of little bubbles, very good lace too. The aroma hints of barnyard yeast esters, lemongrass and hayfield, woody, sour apple and pepper. The taste starts tart and acidic, lot of crisp fruits
(apple, lemon peel, orange zest). Woody and yesty undertones add depth to a beer that must be drank slowly to full understand all the sublime interaction on the palate. The mouthfeel is a case where a beer doesnt have to be thick to feel wonderful. This gueuze is very dry, crisp and lively, and highly refreshing.
