Very dark brown walnut color, the head is huge and tan, but has mostly subsided and disappeared. Huge belgian yeast nose of wierd dust, cobwebs, slighty spicy with underlying chocolate. First sip: Coffee and cocoa around the edges of a somehwhat sour
yeasty ale. Dry as hell at the finish, the combination of the dark sweet malts and the weird yeast is really enjoyable and makes it complex as hell. Long dry aftertaste of coffee chased Oerbier. Fantastic. Alcohol is well masked. A very nice beer. Less
