NL - Het Nocturne 2017 Pakket Dit pakket bevat drie iconische flessen Nocturne.

In 2016 besloten Armand en Michaël 'om nekie eet zot te dôôn' en een donker volmoutbier te brouwen… met de betere Vlaams Oud-Bruin en Belgisch donker bier in gedachten. En volledig spontaan vergist uiteraard. Dat tweejaargerijpt idee werd op de handtap geïntroduceerd tijdens de Toer de Geuze 2017 en met de naam Nocturne gedoopt. Uiteindelijk resulteerde het iets later in de allereerste Spelingen van het Lot. Tegenwoordig kan je onze Nocturne, over de jaren heen qua receptuur verfijnd, trouwens ook wereldwijd op tap vinden.

Speling van het Lot I.i Nocturne Valavond|Nightfall is een spontaan vergist en houtgerijpt bier volgens het lambikprocéde, maar dan uitsluitend met lichtkleurige mouten. Speling van het Lot I.ii Nocturne Het Uur van de Wolf|The Hour of the Wolf is dan weer een spontaan vergist en houtgerijpt bier volgens het lambikprocéde, maar dan uitsluitend een blend van lichtkleurige en donkere mouten. Speling van het Lot I.iii Nocturne In 't Putteke van de Nacht|The Darkest Hour werd uitsluitend met donkere mouten gebrouwen.

Dankzij onze grote, schone bibliotheek van (uitsluitend) flessen kunnen we steeds putten uit een uitgebreide selectie van telkens unieke lambikassemblages. Daarom lanceren we, enkel via onze webshop, graag al eens nieuwe pakketten met zowel geliefde klassiekers als meer beperkte flessen.

In 2016, Armand and Michaël decided ‘to do something a bit more crazy’ and brew a dark full-malt beer... with Flemish Oud-Bruin and Belgian dark beer in mind. And fully spontaneously fermented of course. That two-year aged idea was introduced on hand tap during the Toer de Geuze 2017 and baptized with the name Nocturne. It eventually resulted a little later in the very first Spelingen van het Lot. Nowadays it can be found, with some refinements in recipe and aging, op tap in bars worldwide.

Speling van het Lot I.i Nocturne Valavond|Nightfall is a spontaneously fermented, barrel-aged beer brewed using the lambic method, but only with light malts. Speling van het Lot I.ii Nocturne Het Uur van de Wolf|The Hour of the Wolf is a spontaneously fermented, barrel-aged beer brewed using the lambic method, with a blend of light and dark malts. And Speling van het Lot I.iii Nocturne In 't Putteke van de Nacht|The Darkest Hour was only brewed with dark malts.

Thanks to our large beautiful bottle(-only) library, we can always select unique lambic blends from a vast selection. That is why, now and then, we release, only through our webshop, new packs with both beloved classics as well as more limited bottles.
