when all he wanted was to get this to the people, and allowed us to play a part in that. So here it is, captured one cold but faithful mid-winter trip, by Dan, to Girraween. A full batch, barrel fermented and allowed to develop for one year. Soft and delicate, unlikely anything we’ve tried before. Stone fruit, marmalade jam and petunias on the nose, with a full textured body that belies the low finishing gravity. A tart more than sour finish keeps it refreshing and moorish.
