beers we have made in some time with the malt-sweetness combining with the fermentation spice. Tasting it before release, it it beguiling and fun. Leaving a lot of hidden corners on the palate to be discovered, encouraging the drinker to taste it again and again. I'm very proud to share this fitting ale for the cooler months, enjoy. Meesh's tasting notes - The nose is lifted, leading with candied orange and cola spice. There is a burnt butter richness there too, and sweet bready malt reminiscent of freshly baked sourdough. The palate is delicate, with a fresh acid line. Citrus follows through here, adding a liveliness to the richer umami notes. An undeniable shoyu tang on the finish. Ver menos
