We went particularly light on the malt bill, focusing on a strictly pilsner malt base that is crispy and snappy, and gives the beer a stunning pale yellow colour. On the nose, we're getting smacked around by wafts of pineapple and pine, orange zest and a light but ever present dankness - just a little hey how are ya from the Nelson. Take a sip and you'll instantly be hit with a punch in the mouth sensation that is a collective effort from an upfront but balanced bitterness, paired with sticky, gooey hop notes.
