Drinking the Urban Pale from can is our go to for serious refreshment here at the brewery as it is hard to go past the heady hop-forward citrus & tropical notes against the recognizable yeast character from our House yeast. The star of the show may be the fresh hops however the backbone is still the yeast and the way it behaves in this wonderfully hoppy environment. Refreshment on overdrive.
