La Sirène Praline was created for GABS in 2014 and was only intended to be a once-off creation. It ended up taking out the number #1 trophy for peoples choice that year and they knew it had to be brewed again. Over the years it has garnered a cult following and flash forward to 2024 and they’ve been making it for 10 years with no plan to stop anytime soon.
In celebration of this 10 year legacy La Siréne has created ‘Praline Day 2024’. Which will see the release of a handful of limited release editions of this special stout.
The Praline Espresso is the same rich cacao, hazelnut and vanilla flavours you love but this one has been infused with cold brew from local coffee roasters Seven Seeds. Adding an extra layer of freshness and vibrant acidity.
