Nicole and Jan Kemker are Kemker Kultuur, they’ve been creating natural cider and beer that gives back to the land and pays homage to the history their region, Münsterland. The brewery and farm is located in the countryside near Münster (Westphalia).

Spontaneously fermented farmhouse cider made from 60% apples (multiple varieties) and 40% quince from local field orchards. Fermented in oak barrels for seven months harvested and blended in 2020. Fresh, fruity and with a pronounced acidity. A multi-variety blend of apples gives a unique flavour combination. Ver menos
