Harcourt Pear Cider 500ml - Purvis Beer

This cider is a blend of Buerre Bosc, William and Packham pears which were milled and gently basket pressed. Fermentation was conducted by a Champagne yeast in stainless steel tanks. Post fermentation the different cider cuvees were blended, filtered and bottled.
