Rothaus Pils is fermented from bottom-fermenting yeast that’s been developed in house, before maturing for roughly four weeks. During this period, its robust and elegant flavors and its high Rezenz are cultivated. Rezenz is the term for the refreshing feeling produced by the carbon dioxide in beer. ABV 5.1%

2. Schneider Weisse Eisbock 330ml Bottle

Magic and a black soul - the mahogany coloured, almost black Eisbock for sensuous indulgence, best served in a balloon glas. Matured in a special freezing process following a special recipe, with a soft, elegant body, but still intensive. Spicy flavours of plum, banana and clove reveal themselves along with a hint of bitter almond and marzipan. Tempting as digestif, to crepes, dark chocolate, Tiramisu and fully ripe parmesan cheese. ABV 12%

3. Weltenburger Barock Dunkel 500ml Bottle

Brewed at the Weltenburger Monastery, which was founded in 45 AD, with the brewery established in 1050. This is the worlds oldest dark beer. A true experience of flavour. Full bodied, with fine malt aromas. Slightly bitter with some sweetness, creamy and with the warm colours of amber, intensive flavour and fragrance. Brewed in the traditional monastic manner, its regarded as one of the great beers. ABV 4.7%

4. Aktien Landbier Dunkel Lager

Landbier Fränkisch Dunkel is a full bottom-fermented beer, robust and full-bodied in flavor, left in its natural state and dark in color. The classic selection of special roasted malt and pale barley malt grown in Franconia and the spring water from the Fichtel mountains, endows it with its typical character and the fine malt fragrance. Brewed in the good old-fashioned way, it develops over a long fermenting and maturing period to emerge as a very well balanced and extremely agreeable specialty beer. A dark lager beer with a flavor of caramel and bread crust. ABV 5.3%

5. Schofferhoffer Hefeweizen 500ml Bottle

Schöfferhofer, the iconic German Wheat Beer, delivers typical flavours of cloves and spices with a hint of banana. Fantastically full bodied, a nice lemon zest comes through on the back palate to refresh the taste. ABV 5%
