Oso Brew Co cree que lo sencillo es hermoso en términos de cerveza: elaboramos cervezas refinadas y refrescantes para disfrutar dónde sea y cuándo sea.
Estamos centrados en proporcionar alternativas reales a cualquier bebedor de cerveza, centrándonos en perfeccionar una gama principal de cervezas altamente bebibles.
Los fundadores de Oso - David Ross y Patrick Tuck - se conocieron aquí en Madrid hace 10 años mientras estuvieron estudiando, y siempre estaban buscando oportunidades para regresar.
Empezaron, como mucho cerveceros, elaborando en casa, compartiendo sus cervezas con amigos y familia. Luego, Oso nació en 2018 Y Vendimos nuestra primera cerveza en Madrid en julio de 2018 durante la primera de nuestras ‘pop-ups’ en el Mercado de Vallehermoso, uno de los principales mercados gastronómicos de Madrid.
En Septiembre de 2020 Joe Gallimore - antes Head Brewer de Garage Beer Co en Barcelona - incorporó al equipo como Head Brewer para liderar la elaboración de nuestras cervezas.
Como cerveceros intentamos elaborar cervezas sabrosas, limpios y refinadas, pero refrescantes y complejas - las cervezas que nos gusta beber a nosotros.

Oso Brew Co believes that simple is beautiful when it comes to beer: we brew refined & refreshing beers to be enjoyed anytime, anywhere.
We’re focused on giving real alternatives to any beer drinker, and perfecting a range of highly drinkable beers.
The founders of Oso - David Ross & Patrick Tuck - met here in Madrid 10 years ago whilst studying, and they were always looking for ways to return.
They started - like many brewers - brewing at home, sharing beers with friends and family. Then in 2018 Oso was born, and we sold our first beer in July 2018 in the first of our ’pop-ups’ in the Mercado de Vallehermoso, one of Madrid’s premier gastronomic markets.
In September 2020 Joe Gallimore - formerly Head Brewer at Garage Beer Co in Barcelona - joined the team as Head Brewer to lead the brewing of our beers.
As brewers we try to brew delicious, clean & refined beers, that are at the same time refreshing & complex - the beers we like to drink ourselves.
