The very best pale ale malt and a touch of crystal and amber malts give Raven its complex malt undertones, complemented by the bitterness and dried orange or spicy orange character of Fuggles and Goldings hops. This mid-golden ale is a complex mixture of toasted and biscuit like malt aromas with spicy resinous hop notes. This complexity continues with the biscuit malt and spicy citrus fruit flavours dominating, giving way to a crisp, dry hop bitterness.
