Using kulfi as inspiration, we added vanilla to an alcohol-free pale ale hopped with Citra for some ...juicy citrus & mango flavours, and bolstered them with adding mango puree and cardamon to recreate the flavour and sensations of being sweet, creamy, sour, herbal and warming all at once.
