Cherry mead made with Stevnsbær, where only the most ripe and perfect-tasting cherries have been hand-selected to be included in the product. One by one.
The cherries have had 24 days of skin contact in the must together with local wildflower honey as the only ingredients. At this point, the cherries are normally pressed to separate the liquid from the solids. But here, only free-run juice were utilized.
The result is an exceptionally pure and powerful expression of the cherry variety “Stevns”.
Locally sourced cherries and wildflower honey as usual!
