Fruit Pét-Nat with Sunrise apples and spent wild blueberries from our mead production

Naturally hazy due to being bottled before fermentation has finished. As our spent fruit contains pectinase, it may clear up after a while on the shelf. If you want it hazy, just resuspend the lees a while before you open the bottle.

Circularity is our series of products utilizing fruit that normally would have been just thrown away / treated as food waste by following a linear economic model
(take, make and dispose).

We use so much fruit in our meads, and to obtain a product of the highest quality we don`t press our fruit dry of liquid. This wet fruit, still containing tons of flavor from both fruit and honey is used another time to create the products in this series.

En rejält lilablå och disig look som fått jäsa klart på flaskan. Eftersom frukten naturligt innehåller “Pektinas” så kan det vara så att hazet försvinner med tiden, så att rulla loss bottensatsen om du vill ha den disig är ett tips!

Circulatirt är en serie som använder frukt som i vanliga fall skulle blivit avfall, eftersom Marlobobo använder sig utav så extremt mycket frukt, i högsta klass, under sin mjödproduktion så vill man inte låta den fina frukten gå till spillo.

Det är inte helt torrpressad frukt som används här, utan det finns gott om vätska kvar, som innehåller massor av smak.
