Color ambar cobrizo y ligera copa con poca retención, de aspecto parece casi un Nestea. Aroma a caramelo y grano, gusto dulce, azucar moreno, caramelo y madera, regusto final ligeramente ácido y agrio. Un birra diferente de un estilo poco común, pega para refrescar, degustar y para postres.
Cerveza agridulce muy similar a la sidra. Cerveza para los que no les gusta la cerveza y si la sidra. Esta buena.
Le doy una puntuación baja porque no soy muy muy fan de ese sabor agridulde/asidrado de las lambic. Todo sea dicho, me la he podido beber, quizá todo sea acostumbrar al paladar.
