Come ormai sappiamo Brauerei Kemker ha sempre un occhio di riguardo nei confronti delle birre storiche del territorio e delle materie prime locali, che siano frutti, erbe o spezie.
Per questa ragione ha ideato una linea di 4 prodotti, 4 come le stagioni in un anno: Inverno, Primavera, Estate ed Autunno.
Winter è il Grut invernale realizzato mediante utilizzo di rosmarino proveniente dal suo orto!
Balsamico e legnoso sono gli aromi predominanti ma chiaramente non mancano i classici sentori di cantina e gli esteri dei batteri e lieviti utilizzati in fermentazione.
La birra resta in botte per 10 mesi prima di essere imbottigliata.
Kemker è uno dei produttori più apprezzati del momento, in particolar modo grazie ai suoi Grut!
