R Ranches Citraque nos han eviado expresamente para esta cerveza. Mientras estábamos en Yakima en la selección de lúpulo en septiembre de 2022, tuvimos el privilegio de ser recibidos por la familia Riel de Double R Ranches, que nos devolvió el favor de su viaje a Garage el año anterior. No es de extrañar que sus lúpulos sean tan buenos teniendo en cuenta los estándares con los que trabajan en la cosecha y el procesamiento de sus lúpulos.

Nos hemos mantenido fieles a las recetas anteriores y hemos dejado que el lúpulo hable por nosotros. Hemos llevado nuestro mash al límite utilizando cantidades indecentes de copos de trigo y avena para conseguir una cerveza base cremosa y sedosa. Encima de esto hemos puesto un montón de Citra en el WP y luego le dimos una patada a todas «nuestras reglas IPA» para el dry hop con cantidades descomunales de este lúpulo. Se espera un enorme bouquet cítrico complementado con algunas notas demaracuyá, pomelo rosa y fruta con hueso. Esto es un ZUMACO.

The GARAGE and RIEL collaboration continues we very fortunate to be able to brew Ziplocked ’25, the 4th edition of our farm to pint collab with Double R Ranches. A select lot of Double R Ranches Citra has been shipped to us especially for this beer. While over in Yakima at hop selection in September 2022 we had the privilege of being hosted by the Riel family of Double R Ranches as they returned the favour from their trip to Garage previous year. It’s no wonder their hops are so good considering the standards that they work to in harvesting and processing thier hops.

We have stayed true to previous recipes and just let the hops do the talking. Pushing our mash tun to the limit using dangerous amounts of flaked wheat and oats to conjure up a creamy, silky base beer. On top of this we have layered loads of Citra in the WP and then pushed our IPA rules out the window to dry hop this with monstrous amounts of this great hop. Expect huge citrus bouquet complimented by some passion fruit, pink grapefruit, marijuana and stone fruit notes. This is Juice. Ver menos
