Two friends get together in our IPA del Barrio. A super smooth yet tastefully bittered hazy beer that is made to be the go to pint for those that want that hoppy hit yet still want a satisfying malt character. Mosaic and Strata are the protagonists on the hoppy stage providing dank and sweaty mango, grapefruit, pine and marijuana notes. To give a little biscuity nudge to the malt character we built this around beautilful Maris Otter malt and then layed down loads of silky oats and fluffy wheat malt for texture. Less
