Maris Otter de bajo color para aclarar el color muy ligeramente. En el hervidor, hemos optado por el lupulado exclusivo con Fuggles para esa sensación terrosa y amaderada. Con un cuerpo medio ligeramente cremoso que acentúa los sabores a galleta y caramelo de las maltas, tiene el amargor suficiente para alcanzar un equilibrio perfecto para beber. ¡Ponte a pintar!

We’ve been tweaking our bitter recipe slightly with every batch in the attempt to achieve the combination of maximum pintability and satisfaction. Slight changes from Wheels off see the base malt including some low coour Maris Otter to lighten the colour ever so slightly. In the kettle, we have gone for exclusive hopping with Fuggles for that earthy, woody feel. With a slightly creamy medium body accentuating the biscuit and caramel flavours of the malts this carries just enough bitterness to reach a perfect balance for drinkability. Get pinting! Ver menos
