We are loving the West Coast IPA renaissance as it has given us the opportunity to brew a whole host of different takes on the style from sticky crystal malt heavy numbers to super pale and dry versions. This one falls somewhere
the middle. While it has more body due to a more complex grist, it is completely balanced out by an elevated bitterness. Then it is hit with loads of Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Callista T45 to bring in all manner of pine, citrus, dank and some tropical mango and soft peachy notes. This is one of those West Coast IPAs that is robust and satisfying but also hoppy and refreshing. Less
