It's absolutely incredible to think that it dates back to 1997, it must have been utterly incredible ... to drink this in the late 90s, simply decades ahead of its time. Its still with us, and amazing as ever. Rasping bitterness, dry as a bone, and ultra refreshing.

What about XX Bitter, but with a ridiculous 50% more hops though? These are primarily applied as ...aroma varieties, so serve to amp up the nose on it, which weirdly balances out some of the bitterness. Lesser spotted, but still as well loved.
