Diablos Joe: The new Devil Joe is back! A reissue of the récipe for one of our most special beers of the ‘Polar hops trilogy’. As a novelty, the doublé dryhop (DDH) technique has been used where add the hops both in the fermentation stage and in the brewing stage maturation in tank. 3 types of hops are used: Cascade, Citra and Sabro.
