A collaboration of Belgian tradition and modern mixed culture brewing. After a visit to our much admired friends at Oud Beersel in Belgium, a plan was hatched to blend our two beers together. Comprising 33% Lambic, 33% of our oak aged wild ale, and the rest being hoppy 3 month old Saison. The character of both breweries shines equally well. Packaged with raw honey in green glass bottles for a natural carbonation.

Deze blend is een collaboratie tussen de Deense brouwerij To Øl en de belgische brouwerij Oud Beersel. Het bier is een combinatie van 33% Lambiek, 33% barrel aged wild ale en 33% hoppige Saison. Dit is een mooie mix van de klassieke belgische bieren en moderne gehopte bieren.
To Øl
To Øl is een Deense bierbrouwerij, opgericht in 2010. Bij To Øl doen we aan eigentijdse bieren. We brouwen een brede waaier aan krachtige, provocerende, frisse en bloemige bieren; hoppige, evenwichtige en complexe bieren zowel licht, donker, sterk als eenvoudig. We brouwen de bieren die we willen drinken zelf en werken eraan om de beste bieren ter wereld te maken. We sluiten nooit compromissen op het gebied van smaak en balans en blijven de grenzen van geweldig bier maken verleggen.
Oud beersel
Oud Beersel, opgestart in 1882, is gelegen in Beersel op 10 km ten zuidwesten van het centrum van Brussel. Het is een van de laatste authentieke geuzestekers die België rijk is en is bekend voor haar op ambachtelijke wijze en volgens aloude traditie gebrouwen lambiek.
