Our original Double IPA, with a difference. It has ALL the hops, but BrettBrett is fully fermented with Brettanomyces Clauseni for a big complex beast of a beer. The fermentation of beer is magical and creates tremendous amounts of flavours and aromas and brett yeasts in comparison to standard brewing yeasts imparts far more complexity and nuance.
ABV: 8%
