The Naughton Cider Company Lanthorn (2021 Vintage)

Description Sitting up above the main orchard, now masked in trees, is the Flagstaff. An ancient highpoint that was used to signal across to Dundee by raising flags and lighting a Lanthorn. It now acts as a backdrop and important windbreak to the orchard sitting at its feet.

A blend of handpicked eating and cooking apples carefully selected, fermented and then finished in oak to create a smooth yet vibrant and fruity style of cider. Light, crisp, fresh with subtle sweetness from the eating apples, before the tartness of the cookers kick in to give a sherbet like finish. 100% apples. Not from concentrate. Contains sulphites. Only 2200 bottles made. 500ml. 6%.
