Xocoveza combina la inspiración del chocolate caliente oaxaqueño y las delicias de Tres Leches en una cerveza Stout Imperial suave, cremosa e intensamente indulgente. Elaborada con chocolate, café, pimientos pasilla, vainilla, canela y nuez moscada. Con el estallido de la lata, el aroma es intenso: canela y especias al principio con café persistente, caramelo y vainilla dulce. Es una mezcla viva de sabores. Las especias dulces se equilibran con un chocolate rico y cremoso. El sabor suave del café tostado brilla a través y la vainilla realza la combinación intensa. Los chiles pasilla imparten un ligero toque de picante al final. Con toda esa complejidad, la cerveza es sorprendentemente brillante en el paladar, con solo un toque del dulzor residual que implican todos los sabores decadentes. Como una rebanada de pastel de tres leches de la abuela y un sorbo de chocolate caliente oaxaqueño, el resultado es cremoso, intensamente sabroso y suave como la seda. 8.5% ABV.

A Stout a porter szárazabb, sötétebb, testesebb erősebb leszármazottja. Színben nagyon hasonlóak, a stoutokban azonban sokkal több a karamellizált pörkölt maláta és a kávés ízvilág, valamint édeskésebbek is. A stout szó első ismert használata egy 1677-ben keltezett, az Egerton Manuscripts-ban talált dokumentumban, amely a sör erősségére utal. 1721-ben használták először a porter nevet egy pörkölt malátával készült sötétbarna sör leírására. A porterek hatalmas népszerűsége miatt a sörfőzők többféle erősségben készítették őket. Az erősebb, jellemzően 7 vagy 8 %-os alkoholtartalmú söröket ""stout porter""-nek nevezték, így a stout és a porter története és fejlődése összefonódott.

Made from all that’s good about the holidays, Stone Xocoveza is brewed with chocolate, coffee, Pasilla peppers, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. At the pop of the can, the aroma is intense – cinnamon and spice upfront with lingering coffee, caramel, and sweet vanilla. It is a lively blend of flavors. Sweet spices are balanced with rich and creamy chocolate. Mild roast coffee flavor shines through and vanilla enhances the intense combination. Pasilla peppers impart a light hint of heat in the finale. With all that complexity, the beer is surprisingly bright on the palate, with just a touch of the residual sweetness that all the decadent flavors imply. Like a slice of Grandma’s tres leches cake and a sip of Oaxacan Hot Chocolate, the result is creamy, intensely flavorful and silky smooth.”
