6th anniversary beer collaboration with Honey Pot Meadery in Anaheim California

Golden sour saison ale brewed on November 2019 aged in the oak wine barrel for 16 months and re-aged in the rye whiskey mead barrel from Honey Pot Meadery, refermented with home grown peach, nectarines, raspberry and boysenberries. ABV 6.6%. Bottled: 09/2022. Released : Dec 30th, 2022

This beer is another beauty of wild beer and difficult to describe. A pretty in pink color complex beer with medium acidity, raspberry aroma upfront followed by peach and nectarine and then jammy boysenberry and longanberry. Dry, smooth and crisp mouthfeel. Notes of berries, stone fruits, woods, vanilla, citrus, hint of mead sweetness, and funky flavor brought by the wild yeast.
