Darkle, our dark strong sour ale based on a Belgian quad. This spontaneous blend was brewed in March 2019 and April 2019. Packaged in August 2022, it spent well over 3 years aging in 2nd use bourbon barrels (that previously held an ale and bourbon). After another 16 months of bottle conditioning, it’s ready for release.
10.5% alc/vol
