Hazy DIPA and for this one we are really pulling out a bag of tricks! Brewed with a ton of wheat and oats, this is one of our juiciest thick hazies to date! Late kettle hopped with YCH Experimental 702 Mosaic hop oil (recently rebranded as DynaBoost) and Citra hop hash, then fermented with the thiol boosting yeast strain Helio Gazer from Omega, and dry hopped with Citra and NZ Kohia Nelson pellets and Kohia Nelson Sub-Zero Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops NZ. This beer OOZES for big passion fruit, lime, and candied melon.
