Todo un clásico dentro de las birras de invierno, con un color enfermizo, marrón grisaceo. Una cerveza realmente compleja y alcohólica. Aromas y gusto a pan, plátano, pasas, caramelo, higos secos, nuez moscada... muchos matices en una sola birra... Con un color, cuerpo, textura y balance increíbles, sin dudas una de mis cervezas alemanas favoritas.
Maravillosa. De los mejores ejemplos de equilibrio que he probado pese a sus 12% de alcohol. Compleja como ella sola, rebosa fruta madura, caramelo calidez, muy sedosa, para disfrutarla durante horas frente a un buen libro y una buena lumbre.
Curiosa y buena cerveza de trigo compleja con alcohol bien integrado. Posiblemente la mejor cerveza de trigo que tomado. Bastante dulce con un toque amargo seco al final y bastante burbujeante en boca.
