A beer brewed in collaboration between Zichovec and MUTED HORN to celebrate our bar's 8th anniversary!
We decided on a bright West Coast Pilsner hopped heavily with hops grown in Germany: German Amarillo and Tango, bringing a distinct bitterness, light body and strong aroma of New World hops.
To create something a little unusual, we reached for hops grown in Germany. While the American Amarillo variety will grow with less aromatics in Germany, it still retains a distinct conifer and yellow melon profile. The German newcomer Tango contributes pleasant notes of papaya and citrus.
Look forward to the combination of drinkability, bitterness and fruitiness of modern hops.
