Ridgeway Imperial Red Ale

In this beer Ridgeway have fused the best bits of Red Ale with the best bits of Barley Wine styles and then zipped them up a bit from the usual Barley Wine 8% strength to 10%. The main characteristic comes from using crystal malt, Ridgeways signature late and dry hopping and a lengthy fermentation prior to bottling. This is the softest and least obviously alcoholic in our Imperial range.
