In Good Hands is a brand new DDH DIPA that we've cooked up with copious amounts of Citra, Cashmere, Strata, Galaxy and Riwaka. Brewed with a very simple and lightmalt bill we get a deep and milky haze, that brings a luscious and silky body. On the nose, a bouquet of huge overripe papaya, mango and sticky cannabis with undertones of cherry and citrus. Where the aroma is overripe the flavour is the opposite, luscious fresh mango and passionfruit burst through intertwined with lychee, orange blossom and guava. The hop intensity is dialled all the way up resulting in long lasting flavours all the way through to the next sip. That's high quality joose.
