Actualmente se elabora varias veces al año por lo que su disponibilidad a menudo es limitada.
NOTA DE CATA
Es aterciopelada al paladar con notas a café, chocolate y fruta oscura. Basada en los mismos ingredientes de la Porterhouse Wrasslers, su graduación media-alta le otorga un poco más de dulzor, equilibrado con el múltiple uso de diferentes tipos de lúpulo.
El dry-hopping se aplica durante varias fases del proceso de elaboración para después dejarla 12 semanas de reposo, añadiendo una mayor complejidad y carácter a cada lote de Celebration Stout.
Maltas: Pale Malt, Flaked Barley, Roast Barley, Black Malt, Crystal Malt.
