in 11 verschillende vaten en links om te ontwikkelen
en absorberen het karakter en de smaak
ingebed in het hout. Deze heeft gerust in een Glenrothes ex sherry vat. De
whisky was levendig, rijp met tropisch fruit
en zacht kruidig, met zoet, amandelachtig
sherry-tonen. Het zal zich in de loop van de tijd ontwikkelen, maar
dit is uitstekend om ook nu te drinken.

Stout – Imperial / Double
This is one of 11 releases of barrel aged Imperial Russian Stout. One brew, split into 11 different casks and left to develop
and absorb the character and flavour embedded in the wood. This one has been resting in a Glenrothes ex sherry butt. The
whisky was vibrant, ripe with tropical fruits and gentle spice, with sweet, almondy sherry notes. It will develop over time but
this is excellent to drink right now.
