Polly’s say “A beer that originally came into the world as a trial for a core range beer, we absolutely loved the first version of With the Seasons. We really loved the idea of straddling the line between IPA and Pale Ale strength, allowing us to buff up the mouthfeel and flavour intensity, without going too extreme on the strength. Brewed for the first time way back in 2020 and then left on the backburner since, we felt this beer deserved a revisit with our 2022 hat firmly on.
