Syrlig golden ale lagret på champagnefade med deres huskultur, Garden party. Derefter tørhumlet to år med Citra og Nelson Sauvin i fadene, hvor humlen undergik biotransformation, hvilket bragte dybde og kompleksitet til en ellers forholdsvis simpel øl. Øllen blev dekanteret fra humlen og overført til stål, inden den tilbragte yderligere seks måneder på Simcoe. Lige før emballering blev Sofia blandet med en portion friskbrygget vestkyst-IPA for humlefriskhed og flaskekonditioneret med champagnegær.
Dyb gylden og let diset med et stabilt hvidt cremet skum. Aromaen er hovedsageligt mandarin og grapefrugt med noter af abrikosskal, soltørret græs.
Kroppen er let og kulsyren blidt prikkende fra flaskens konditionering. Smagen er grapefrugt, frisk brøddej, bergamot og syrlig vingummi. Eftersmagen er syrlig og afsluttes med en blivende udtørrende bitterhed.

The body is light with some slickness and bright effervescence from the bottle conditioning. The flavour is grapefruit layered with fresh bread dough, bergamot and sour candy. The aftertaste is tart, finishing with a lasting drying bitterness.
