Antidoot LObscur perzik 2020 - Belgian Whalez

We shortly macerated a smaller portion of organic peaches in our red-brown beer, to add a velvety softness to our more dry and vinous interpretation of this classical style. The beer itself was aged on Bordeaux barrels for sixteen months. Bottled August 2020.
