La maturazione dura un anno, poco per The Bruery considerando il tempo impiegato solitamente per produrre una birra anniversario!!
La birra è molto complessa: aromi tostati, fruttati e vinosi si avvicendano in questo liquido impenetrabile e viscoso.
Al gusto note tostate, vinose, frutta sotto spirito e note legnose.
In bocca ricca, corpo pieno, calorosa, le note tanniche del legno alleggeriscono un pochino la struttura.

We combine that pride and passion in this varietal of our Black Tuesday imperial stout, blended and fermented with juice from Zinfandel grapes from Old Potrero vineyard, a sustainable, dry-farmed, old vine vineyard in the Arroyo Grande Valley American Viticultural Area, thanks to our friends at Field Recordings Wine. After maturing for nearly a year in medium toast New American Oak puncheons, this release vanquishes the boundaries between wine and beer in a full-bodied foray of dark fruit, berries, jam, oak and spice. 750ml. 16.1%

The Bruery a allié ces deux passions dans une bière sur base d’Imperial Stout Black Tuesday, fermenté avec jus de raisin Zinfandel de chez Old Potrero.
Élevage de près d’un an dans de nouveaux fûts de chêne américains.
Un résultat entre bière et vin, dans un corps très généreux (16,1% tout de même !) aux notes de fruits noires, baies rouges, confiture, chêne et épices.
