A blendelésnek köszönhetően a palack töltésekor az átlagéletkora a blendnek 22 hónap volt. Az összkép pedig földes, citrusoska és élénken savas.

A Gueuze egy belga, spontán erjesztett savanyú sörtípus, amely több évjáratú lambic keveréke, mondhatni ezeknek a csúcsa. Itt a frissebb lambicot (~fél éves) keverik öregebb (2-3 éves) lambic sörökkel. Ezt a folyamatot nevezzük blendelésnek. Ezek után a sört palackba töltik és mivel a friss lambicban még van élő élesztő és maradék cukor, megkezdődik a másodlagos erjedés, ami általában 1 évig tart.

NL - Een gemengd pakket Geuze, Kriek en Tuverbol Dit pakket bevat twaalf kleine flessen, en biedt een dwarsdoorsnede van de verschillende lambikbieren die we produceren.

Het pakket bevat vier flessen geuze. Enerzijds twee flessen van de Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston; assemblage 60 van seizoen 19|20, gebotteld in maart 2020. Deze blend rijpte dus al bijna vier jaar verder bij ons en onderscheidt zich door zijn levendige pareling en oxidatieve toetsen. En anderzijds twee flessen van een iets jongere botteling van eind 2022, onze Oude Geuze blend 10, geassembleerd met lambikken gebrouwen door brouwerij Lindemans en ons zelf. Alle gebruikte granen voor de 3 Fonteinen lambikken komen uit ons eigen Granennetwerk. Een aangename licht bittere toets kenmerkt deze botteling.

Verder bevat het pakket vier flessen Oude Kriek, telkens twee flessen van twee verschillende blends. Voor blend 29 gebruikten we maar liefst tien verschillende lambikbrouwsels, waarvan hoofdzakelijk oudere lambikken. De maceratie nam meer dan negen maanden in beslag. Voor blend 118 deden we een maceratie van drie- en vierjarige lambik gedurende bijna zeven maanden. Alle lambikken zijn door onszelf gebrouwen en bijna de helft van de gebruikte granen was afkomstig van ons Granennetwerk.

Tot slot bevat dit pakket ook vier flessen Tuverbol 2022, een assemblage van Loterbol Blond – een blond bier van de gelijknamige Diesterse brouwerij – en onze eigen lambik. Voor de eerste keer in 2005 gemaakt, is Tuverbol sinds 2017 een jaarlijkse wederkerend winterbier. Tuverbol heeft een uniek smaakprofiel dankzij de combinatie van het frisse van de lambik, de warmte van de alchohol en het volmondige van het blonde bier. Met slechts één assemblage per jaar, is het dus elke keer weer uitkijken naar dit bijzonder bier in beperkte oplage.

Dankzij onze grote, schone bibliotheek van (uitsluitend) flessen kunnen we steeds putten uit een uitgebreide selectie van telkens unieke lambikassemblages. Daarom lanceren we, enkel via onze webshop, graag al eens nieuwe pakketten met zowel geliefde klassiekers als meer beperkte flessen.

EN - A mixed pack of Geuze, Kriek and Tuverbol This pack contains twelve small bottles and offers a cross-section of the different lambik beers we produce.

This package contains four bottles of geuze. On the one hand two bottles of the Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston; blend 60 of season 19|20. This blend thus matured almost four years at 3 Fonteinen, and it distinguished itself by its lively carbonation and oxidative notes. And on the other hand a slightly younger bottling from the end of 2022, our Oude Geuze blend 10,blended with lambikken brewed by brewery Lindemans and ourselves. All cereals used for the 3 Fonteinen lambikken come from our own Cereal Collective. A pleasant slightly bitter touch characterizes this bottling.

The package also contains four bottles of Oude Kriek, two bottles each of two different blends. For blend 29 we used no fewer than ten different lambik brews, mainly older lambikken. The maceration took more than nine months. For blend 118 we macerated three- and four-year-old lambik for almost seven months. All lambikken are brewed in-house and almost half of the grains used came from our Cereal Collective.

Finally, this pack also contains four bottles of Tuverbol 2022, a blend of Loterbol Blond – a blond beer from the Diest-based brewery of the same name – and our own lambic. Created for the first time in 2005, Tuverbol has been an annual recurring winter beer since 2017. Tuverbol has a unique taste profile thanks to the combination of the freshness of the lambic, the warmth of the alcohol and the full body of the blond beer. With only one blend per year, it is therefore time to look forward to this special, and limited beer.

Thanks to our large beautiful bottle(-only) library, we can always select unique lambic blends from a vast selection. That is why, now and then, we release, only through our webshop, new packs with both beloved classics as well as more limited bottles.
