Siren Craft Brew from England wanted to create something that exemplified the sweet rich flavours of dark stone fruit, so after 6 months in 10-year-old South American Rum barrels we added Prunes, Raisins and Dates to a Baltic Porter base. Think sticky toffee pudding, like Nan used to make.

Cerveza elaborada por Cellective Arts (Canadá) en colaboración con Siren Craft Brew (Inglaterra). Envejecida en barriles de ron, durante 6 meses. En su elaboración se añaden frutas de hueso (ciruelas pasas, pasas y dátiles). Es una cerveza muy cremosa, con mucho cuerpo y final dulce.
Maridaje: guisos y asados navideños. También para postre con los dulces típicos de la época.
Curiosidad: la serie de cervezas llamada ORIGIN OF DARKNESS (el origen de la oscuridad) nace de la idea de hacer colaboraciones con cerveceras de todo el mundo, y hacer cervezas envejecidas y a las que se añaden ingredientes típicos y locales de los lugares de origen de los colaboradores.
