Prodotta in tiratura limitatissima, la Zjiem Bezen Framboise Lambic 2020 è un vero trionfo di intensità fruttate che coinvolge tutti i sensi! Lo sguardo si sofferma sulla tinta rosata dalle lumeggiature ramate che colora il calice, l’olfatto è rapito dai profumi di bacche di bosco che emergono sul classico sottofondo vinoso di cantina – naturalmente accompagnato da un novero di sfumature selvagge tipiche dello stile a fermentazione spontanea – e infine al gusto si svela una delizia in pregevole equilibrio tra acidità (nella forma di asprezza dal carattere citrico) e dolcezza donate dai frutti.
Il segreto? Nessuno, solo la macerazione in botti di rovere di 600 chili di mirtilli rossi e 400 chili di lamponi in 1500 litri di Lambic – una quantità abbondantissima e assolutamente inedita, per una birra che fa dell’eccezionalità il suo biglietto da visita!

De Cam Zjiem Bezen è un prodotto a tiratura limitata di grandissima intensità aromatica dovuta alla macerazione in botte di mirtilli e lamponi con Lambic.
Pensate che per questo Fruit Lambic vengono utilizzato 1000kg di frutta e 1500 litri di Lambic, una quantità abnorme che dona al liquido un colore roseo con riflessi ramati.
Aromi che chiaramente rimandano ai frutti di bosco, note di cantina, tanniche.
Al gusto esplodono di nuovo gli aromi di lampone e mirtillo, l’acidità sotto forma di asprezza è evidente ma non risulta mai eccessiva, un tocco di dolcezza del frutto dona equilbrio.
Bassa carbonazione e corpo attenuato, un Framboise rivisitato gustoso e intenso!
