This is a combination of two Imperial Stouts, carefully matured in our Barrel Room. We combined Imperial Stout, aged for over 2 years in Buffalo Trace Pastry barrels, with Double Mash Imperial Stout, which spent almost a year in a Jim Beam and Wild Turkey barrels. In this version you will find intense notes of dark dessert chocolate and coffee, obtained by infusing the beer with coffee beans (Salvador Apaneca variety) and cocoa beans (Sao Tome). The whole thing was perfectly complemented with maple syrup, enhancing the caramel and dessert flavors, creating an unforgettable symphony of flavors.

To niezwykły blend dwóch Imperialnych Stoutów, które dojrzewały starannie w browarowym Barrel Roomie. Pierwszy z nich to Pastry Imperial Stout, który leżakował przez ponad 2 lata w beczkach po Buffalo Trace. Drugi to podwójnie zacierany Imperial Stout, który spędził blisko rok w beczkach po Jim Beam oraz Wild Turkey.
Te dwa trunki charakteryzują się niezwykłą intensywnością, mocą i gęstością. Pierwszy został stworzony przez użycie ogromnej ilości słodów i długotrwałego procesu gotowania, co zaowocowało wysokim ekstraktem. Drugi natomiast przeszedł proces „double mash,” czyli podwójnego zacierania, co dodatkowo podkreśla jego wyjątkowy charakter.
W tej wersji piwa Eclipse Elixir uwydatnia swój mocny, deserowy profil smakowy. To osiągnięto dzięki infuzji ziaren kawy z odmiany Salwador Apaneca oraz kakaowca z odmiany Sao Tome. Dodatkowo, piwo zostało doskonale uzupełnione syropem klonowym, który podkreśla nuty karmelowe i deserowe, tworząc prawdziwą rozkosz dla podniebienia. Combinamos Imperial Stout, envejecida durante más de 2 años en barricas de Buffalo Trace Pastry, con Double Mash Imperial Stout, que pasó casi un año en barricas de Jim Beam y Wild Turkey. En esta versión encontrarás intensas notas de chocolate amargo de postre y café, obtenidas al infusionar la cerveza con granos de café (variedad Salvador Apaneca) y granos de cacao (Santo Tomé). Todo se complementó perfectamente con jarabe de arce, realzando los sabores del caramelo y del postre, creando una sinfonía de sabores inolvidable.
