Odd Breed Wild Ales Relatable Relic

Relatable Relic is our Flanders-Style red ale inspired by the great burgundy ales of Belgium. Blended from 3 red ales: half of this beer was aged in barrels for 26 months, 25% was aged for 18 months, and 25% was aged for 7 months.

This blend delivers a malty and fruity sour red ale with notes of cherries, cranberries, plums, and toasted bread. The malt sweetness is balanced by the acidity from our mixed culture along with significant French oak tannins and a funky, Brettanomyces finish.
