Una de las microcervecerías más prolíficas del panorama mundial.
Su cara más visible, Mikkel Borg, dio sentido (si no lo creó directamente) al término "gypsy brewer" ya que produce todas sus cervezas en instalaciones de otros fabricantes, aunque la gran mayoría las produce en De Proef, Bélgica.
Entre sus elaboraciones destacan numerosas colaboraciones con cerveceros de cualquier punto del mundo (BrewDog, Three Floyds, De Molen...), también una serie interesante de single hop (cervezas elaboradas con un único lúpulo) y en los últimos tiempos ha empezado a montar bares por diferentes puntos.
